I struggled over this issue so much and it has led to a different role within student ministry. My passion is still student ministry but I invest most of my time in volunteer small group leaders who in turn invest in our students.

Thanks for for sharing. I too struggle with youth culture. There is so much pressure on our students.

I felt a huge burden of guilt surrounding me the last few weeks. I felt like I was not pursuing my calling the right way like I had been the last seven years. I too thought it may be God pushing me in another direction.

I am glad I found this article. Today was a better day because I realize my introvert turn is okay and still a valuable part in my ministry. I also realize I can be an extrovert, but have to build in recharge and sabbath moments in my week, and in my days.
